Villa Ad Alta is conveniently located near some great sandy beaches, which stretch from Cannes Centre to Theoule-sur-Mer. The beaches at Mandelieu La Napoule beaches are only 10 minutes away by car.
A little further away, (around 15mins) lays our favourite beach at Pointe de l’Aiguille Theoule-sur-Mer. There you will find superb sandy beaches and a red rocky coast that over the centuries has been moulded by the constant movement of the sparkling waters, forming small bays that are fantastic for swimming and snorkelling. For dining there is a restaurant right on the Point or take a picnic, it’s great place for one. Go there after 5pm in the summer to avoid the crowds and take a evening swim. That’s what we’ve done on many occasions and it always makes for a perfect end to the day.
Cap D’Antibes is 4-mile-long peninsula that has been carved up into luxurious estates, perched high above the water and shaded by thick, tall pines. There is a superb walk around the Cap, where you will get a glimpse of these lavish estates. There is free parking at Plage de la Garoupe, the walk from there takes a curricular route across some spectacular rocky Cap D’Antibes coastline. We frequently take this walk; take your camera and a picnic and you won’t be disappointed.
